Cubic Pratunam

Every room at Cubic Pratunam has free Wi-Fi, and the rooms measure between 21 and 28 m². Bed set-ups include double beds, twin single beds and, in the family room, a single bed with a queen bed. Some rooms have a city view, and the family room also has a telephone and satellite or cable channels.

Pratunam is a busy shopping district in central Bangkok, known for its clothing wholesale stalls and the Pratunam Market. Cubic Pratunam sits on Soi Phethburi 13, a side street off Phethburi Road, close to the shops and the transit lines that run through the district.

Phaya Thai Train Station, 250 m away, is where the BTS Skytrain and the Airport Rail Link meet, and the Airport Rail Link runs on to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 850 m away, and Suan Pakkad Palace, a museum of traditional Thai art set in a garden of old wooden houses, is 300 m away. Jim Thompson House, a museum of Thai silk in a group of traditional teak houses, is also nearby.

The Grand Palace and Wat Arun, 4.9 km and 5.2 km away, are the classic sights of the old city and the riverside. The Grand Palace houses the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and Wat Arun stands on the Chao Phraya river. Chatuchak Weekend Market, open at weekends, makes a very different kind of day out, with thousands of stalls selling food, clothes and crafts. It is a good counterpoint to a morning spent among the temples and palaces by the river.
