The whole apartment is let to one party: it has 24 m² of floor space, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a kitchenette, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

The sleeping arrangement is a queen bed and a futon, so the apartment sleeps up to three guests. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hair dryer, toiletries and linens are also provided, and there is a desk workspace and free Wi-Fi.

Wong Sawang MRT station is 150 m away and is the most direct link to the rest of the city. Wat Liap Rat Bamrung, a pagoda 450 m away, is a quiet place to stop for a short visit. Chalerm Prakiat Park, 1.7 km away, offers green space for a walk, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 4.3 km away, is known for its clothes, crafts and street food. The Chatuchak market is a weekend affair, so a trip there is best planned for Saturday or Sunday.
