The villa is offered as a single 240 m² house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to six guests. Air conditioning, a full kitchen and a washing machine are part of the house, and the private pool and garden come with it.

The beds can be one double bed or two single beds, depending on the set-up, and the full kitchen lets you cook in the villa rather than go out for every meal.

Parking is free on site, and the car park is on the property. The villa has a kitchen with a refrigerator, dishes and dining utensils, and coffee or tea facilities, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

Bang Thao lies in Thalang district on Phuket, an area of villas, resorts and long sandy beaches, and it makes a quieter base than Patong, the island's best-known resort town. The villa sits a few kilometres from the sea and from the island's main sights, and the Laguna resort area with its golf courses is nearby. Thalang itself is an old town, and its victory monument recalls a historic defence of the town against an invading force.

Bang Tao Beach is 3.6 km away, a long stretch of sand that makes an easy afternoon from the villa. The Thalang Victory Monument stands 800 m from the villa, and the Peranakan Museum, 1.9 km away, is devoted to the Peranakan heritage of Phuket. Thalang Fresh Market is nearby for fresh food and everyday supplies.

Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), 19.4 km away, is one of the most visited Buddhist temples on the island, and Big Buddha Phuket, 21.5 km away, is a hilltop statue that overlooks Phuket. Both make a good half-day outing from the villa. Patong and the island's busier resort areas are a longer trip, so they are best planned as a separate outing for an evening or a full day.
