The home has one bedroom with a king bed for up to two guests and a private bathroom. Air conditioning is part of the bedroom's equipment.

Children are welcome. Children aged 2 to 7 can stay for free using the existing bedding, and infants aged 0 to 1 can stay for free as well. Extra beds can be requested directly from the property, and a baby cot or crib can be requested too, subject to availability.

Soi Pa Lai 2 is a side road in this part of the island, and the pace here is calmer than in Patong, the island's busiest resort area. The local market at Baan Borae gives a sense of everyday life and is nearby. Phuket Town, the island's main town, is reached by road from here, and the streets around the home are lined with houses and small shops.

Wat Chalong, the best-known temple complex on the island, is 2.5 km away. Chalong Pier, a ferry terminal on the bay, is 2.2 km away, and Chalong Beach is 3.2 km away. Phuket International Airport is the nearest airport, and parking is on site, which matters when you are travelling by car.

A good day starts at Wat Chalong in the morning, then continues with a visit to the Phuket Botanic Garden, 1.7 km away, and an afternoon at Chalong Beach. Lion Land zoo is 450 m away, so it is an easy addition to the day. The garden and the temples can fill a whole day, and the beach is a good place to finish it.
