Cozy 4BR Family Villa

The whole villa is booked as one for up to seven guests, across 480 m² of space with mountain views. The sleeping arrangements come as a choice of bed set-ups, including a king bed and a single bed.

The villa has air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, a shower, toiletries, towels and a hair dryer. It also has board games and an electric kettle, along with a kitchen with a stove, an oven and a refrigerator.

The villa's facilities centre on the water and the outdoors: a hot tub, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool surrounded by greenery, a garden or backyard, and a balcony or terrace. The kids' playground sits on the grounds, and younger children have a crib or baby cot, a high chair, a travel crib and a baby bath, along with children's books and toys.

Inside, the villa has air conditioning, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a microwave and a washer. There is coffee or tea, a BBQ grill, board games and bicycles.

Parking on site is free, and internet access is available. English, French and Thai are spoken at the villa.

Rawai is a fishing village at the southern end of Phuket, quieter than the busy beaches of the west coast. The villa sits on Soi Huay Nam Toe in Tambon Rawai, surrounded by greenery, with mountain views from the property. The area has local life and a slower pace than Patong, and Phuket Town, with its old Sino-Portuguese streets, lies further north.

Kata Beach is 2.7 km away and Nai Harn Beach is 3.3 km, with Karon Beach a little further along the coast. The large seated Buddha on Nakkerd Hills, known as Big Buddha, is 2.9 km from the villa, and Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 5.2 km away. Wat Chalong is one of the most revered Buddhist temples on the island, and Patong, with the nightlife of Bangla Road, is further up the west coast.

A day could combine Big Buddha and Wat Chalong in the morning with an afternoon on Kata Beach, and the kids' playground at the villa gives younger guests a place to play in between. Patong and Bangla Road are a longer outing for an evening, and the hot tub and pools are there when you return. Bangla Road, the best-known nightlife street on Phuket, is in Patong.
