The whole house measures 160 m² and sleeps up to four guests across its three floors. It has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, air conditioning, a private entrance, a full kitchen and a desk, and the rooftop terrace is part of the property.

Sleeping arrangements are a choice of bed set-ups. Linens, hair dryers and toiletries are provided, and the TV carries satellite and cable channels. The desk gives you a place to work, and the kitchen comes with dishes, cookware and kitchen basics such as oils and condiments.

Patong Beach is 1.2 km away, and Bangla Road, the street of bars and clubs that gives Patong much of its nightlife, is 1.6 km away. Jungceylon Shopping Center, with its shops and restaurants, is a short distance from the house. The Big Buddha, one of the island's best-known landmarks, is 6 km away, and it is one of the best-known landmarks in the south of Phuket, close to Chaithararam Temple.

Karon Beach is 2.5 km away, a good alternative to Patong for a quieter stretch of sand. Phuket International Airport is 25.8 km away, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) makes a half-day trip together with the Big Buddha. Both the temple and the hill-top statue sit in the south of the island, so they can be visited together on one day trip from Patong, with the beaches of Karon and Kata nearby for the afternoon.
