Soi Cowboy, a lane of bars and nightlife venues off Sukhumvit Road, is close by. Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi airports are each over 20 km away, and the hotel offers an airport transfer.

A good day could begin with a walk through Benjakitti Park, a large green space with a lake, before a visit to the Kamthieng House Museum, which is run by the Siam Society. For shopping, the Siam Paragon shopping centre is 3.5 km away. For the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, the journey is longer, so it is best planned as a separate day.
