Every room at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok has a city view from its windows. Room sizes run from 30 m² to 85 m², and the beds include double beds, king beds and twin single beds, so the rooms fit couples, small groups and families travelling together.

Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 1 km away, and the Jim Thompson House, a museum set in traditional Thai-style houses, is a short ride away. The Erawan Shrine, a Brahma shrine where visitors make offerings and watch classical Thai dancing, is a short walk from the hotel. Nai Lert Park is a green garden space close by, and Wat Pathum Wanaram, a temple with a lotus pond, is also near, so the area offers both quiet green corners and busy streets.

For a day further out, the Grand Palace is 5.5 km away, with Wat Arun and its porcelain-covered tower close by on the river. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large market of stalls selling clothes, food and crafts, is 6.5 km away and is best visited at weekends. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 23.2 km from the hotel.
