Corridor 2407

Corridor 2407 has rooms from compact single-bed studios to family suites. Rooms can have individual air conditioning, an electric kettle, a hair dryer and free bottled water, and the Suite Family Room and the Suite both overlook the city.

Several rooms have a private bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub or a whirlpool bathtub, and rooms can also have a mini bar, a refrigerator, a coffee and tea maker and satellite or cable channels. A streaming service such as Netflix is available in some of the rooms.

The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping and an elevator that serves all the floors. There is an airport transfer and a shuttle service, and tours can be arranged. The streets around the hotel are lined with guesthouses, small shops and food stalls, and the lanes near the temples are quieter, so the area is easy to explore on foot.

Wat Pho, the reclining Buddha temple known for its traditional Thai massage school, is 600 m away, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and the Grand Palace are 750 m and 800 m away. Wat Arun, the riverside temple on the Thonburi bank of the Chao Phraya, is 1.1 km off, while Khaosan Road, the backpacker street with bars and street food, is 1.3 km away. The Sam Yot MRT station is close by for trips further across the city.

A good day could start with the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha in the morning, continue to Wat Pho, and end on Khaosan Road in the evening. Wat Arun is best reached by a ferry across the river, so allow time for the crossing. The Chatuchak Weekend Market is a separate trip for a weekend. Khaosan Road is lively in the evening, with bars and street food until late.
