Rawai is a fishing village at the southern tip of Phuket, with a working harbour, a long coastline and small local shops and seafood stalls along the roads. The village has a coastal, local feel, with the seafront and the pier at its centre. The pier is used by boats that leave for the islands off the coast. Within a few hundred metres of the condo there is a convenience store and an ATM.

Rawai Park lies close by, and Nai Harn Beach, 1.3 km away, is a bay with a lake nearby. Big Buddha Phuket, 5.9 km away, is a large seated Buddha on a hilltop with views over the island. Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), 8.3 km away, is one of the island's most revered temples, and Kata and Karon beaches are a further drive along the coast road.
