Each room at Coco Mountain View Guesthouse Hotel has a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, and a television. The rooms overlook either the mountains or the garden, and they sleep between two and five guests, with some rooms offering air conditioning.

The Family Room Garden View sleeps four, with one king bed and two single beds, and the Family Room with Mountain View measures 60 m² and has two double beds. The coast here has a string of sandy beaches, and Kata and Karon are two of them, lying on the same stretch of shore. Each beach has its own stretch of sand, and the hotel is a short distance from the sea. The Minibus Station is close by for local transport, and Phuket is reached by air, road or sea.

Kata Beach is 1.2 km away and Karon Beach 2.1 km, and the Big Buddha, a large statue on a hilltop, is 1.1 km from the hotel. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 4.4 km away and is one of the most visited Buddhist temples on the island. The Kata Open Market, a local market for food and everyday goods, is also nearby, and Phuket International Airport (HKT), the island's main airport, is 32.6 km away.

A full day could start on Kata Beach, continue to the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, and end at the Kata Open Market. For a change of scene in the evening, Patong Beach, Phuket's best-known beach with a busy nightlife area, is a good choice.
