Rooms at CNC Residence can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, a separate living room with a sofa, and a full kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator. Some rooms also have a balcony or terrace and a bathtub.

The area mixes residential lanes with shopping, dining and nightlife a short distance away.

The Phrom Phong BTS station is 450 m away and the Sukhumvit MRT station 850 m, so the Skytrain and subway are easy to reach on foot. Benchasiri Park is close by, and Soi Cowboy, known for its bars, is 700 m away. Siam Paragon, a large shopping mall with an aquarium, is 3.9 km away, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 7.5 km away.

A good day could start with a walk through Benchasiri Park, then a trip on the BTS to Siam for shopping and an evening on Soi Cowboy. For temples, the Grand Palace and Wat Arun sit on the Chao Phraya river, a longer journey across town that is best made by taxi. Both airports are a longer ride away, so allow plenty of extra time for the journey, especially at busy hours.
