Club Med Phuket

Club Med Phuket has Superior rooms of 26 and 28 m², a 43 m² Deluxe room and a 74 m² Suite with a balcony. Several of its rooms have a terrace or balcony, and the family rooms sleep up to three guests with two single beds and a king bed.

Several rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower, bathrobes and toiletries. Bed set-ups combine double, king and single beds in different ways across the rooms.

Club Med Phuket has a spa with a sauna, a fitness center, a tennis court, a squash court, table tennis and a water park, and snorkeling is also offered. The front desk is open 24 hours.

Kata is a beach area on the Andaman coast of Phuket, and the hotel is part of its beach life, with the sand, the beach road and the small restaurants, shops and food stalls behind it. The setting works well for a beach holiday with children, since the resort has its own kids club and a children's pool, and the beach is close by.

Kata Beach is 100 m away, and the Big Buddha, 1.8 km away, sits on a hilltop with wide views over the island. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, 5 km away, is the most important temple complex in Phuket, and Patong Beach, 7.1 km away, is the island's best-known nightlife area. Karon Beach, the neighbouring beach, is 850 m away, and the Kata Walking Street Night Market is nearby, with food stalls in the evening.

For a day out, combine the beach at Kata with a visit to the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, and return to the night market in the evening. Phuket International Airport is on the same island, so the trip from the hotel is made by road. Kata Beach is the nearest beach, so the sand is the first place to go on any day.
