Every room at Charlie House Pinklao looks out over the garden, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Each room has a shower and toiletries, and the rooms measure between 25 m² and 56 m².

The Standard Twin Room and the Deluxe King both have air conditioning, and the Deluxe King also has a flat-screen TV with on-demand movies. Charlie House Pinklao stands on Borommarat Chachonnani Road in Bang Phlat, on the Thonburi bank of the Chao Phraya River. The surroundings are a residential neighbourhood of local markets and everyday shops, and the old temples and palaces of the Rattanakosin district lie on the other side of the water. Local shops, markets and small street food stalls line the roads near the hotel, and the Pinklao area gives a more everyday view of the city than the sights across the river.

Bang Yi Khan MRT station is about 500 m away, and the metro connects the area with other parts of Bangkok. Khaosan Road is 2.8 km away and the Grand Palace is 3.3 km away, both on the Rattanakosin side of the river. For flights, Don Mueang International Airport is 20.1 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30.7 km away.

A good day could start at the National Museum of Royal Barges, which houses royal barges used in state ceremonies, and then continue by river ferry across to the Grand Palace and Khaosan Road. Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, is also on the Thonburi bank, so the river crossings can be combined into one day out. River ferries cross the Chao Phraya between these two banks, so the river is part of the day out.
