Chaota Modern House

The rooms range from a 50 m² studio to a 200 m² three-bedroom home, with two 70 m² apartments in between. Every room has a private bathroom with towels and toiletries, and a TV with satellite channels and streaming services.

Some rooms have garden, sea or mountain views, and the three-bedroom home sleeps up to six guests. The studio and the 70 m² apartments each sleep up to two guests, so the choice depends on the size of your group and the view you prefer.

Chaota Modern House offers an airport transfer, room service and a concierge, along with laundry service and daily housekeeping. Private check-in and check-out are offered too, and tours and car hire are also available. Grocery and food delivery are offered as well.

The property has a garden and a terrace, a private beach area, and pets are allowed. English and Thai are spoken, and guests have 24-hour security and a doctor or nurse on call. The property also has a shared lounge and TV area, and room equipment includes towels, toiletries, air conditioning and a kitchenette.

Currency exchange is available at the property. Diving, snorkelling and fishing are also offered, and family rooms are part of the accommodation.

Chaota Modern House stands on Panwa Cape, a peninsula of small bays and fishing piers that feels quieter than the beach towns on Phuket's west coast, such as Patong. The shoreline here is a mix of small beaches and viewpoints, and the sea is never far from the property. Boats come and go from the piers around the bay, so the rhythm of the day follows the water.

Panwa Beach is 550 m away, and the Laem Panwa Viewpoint and the Phuket Aquarium are a few hundred metres from the front door. The aquarium is a useful stop for local marine life, the Ton Ao Yon Waterfall is 2.4 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 35.5 km away.

A full day could start at Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), 8.8 km away and one of the island's most revered Buddhist temples, before the Big Buddha, 10.5 km away, on a hilltop with a large white statue. Back on the cape, the small beaches and the Laem Panwa Viewpoint make a quiet finish, and Panwa Beach is close enough for a swim before dinner. Phuket Town, the island's main town, has old Sino-Portuguese streets and shophouses to explore for a full day out.
