Chana Hotel has deluxe and superior rooms, with single, double and king beds. The Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony measures 32 m², the Superior Double or Twin Room 32 m², the Double Deluxe 33 m² and the Twin Deluxe 28 m². Two rooms have a city view, and the Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony also has a balcony.

Chana Hotel is on Prachanukhro Road, in Patong, and the town's beach and streets are close enough to combine in a single day.

Bangla Road, the town's nightlife street, and Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall with shops and restaurants, are both about 1.4 km away. Further out, Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of Phuket's most revered Buddhist temples, is 6.1 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hilltop, is 6.4 km away. Phuket International Airport is 25.6 km away and is on the island itself.

A good day starts on Patong Beach, 650 m from the hotel, and continues through the streets of the town and an evening at one of the night markets. For a change of scene, the temple at Chalong and the Big Buddha are worth a day trip. Freedom Beach, a smaller beach close to the town, makes a quieter afternoon by the sea possible, and the bay itself draws visitors through both the day and the evening.
