Chalong Palm Residence

The whole villa is let to one party, with a floor area of 400 m² and room for up to 19 guests. Air conditioning, a private entrance and a full kitchen come with the house, and its bedding is a choice of set-ups, with a king bed among them.

Wat Chalong, the Chaithararam Temple, is one of the most revered temples on the island and is 2 km from the villa. The Big Buddha, a large hilltop statue, is also 2 km away, and Chalong Pier, the ferry pier for boat trips to the islands, is 2.4 km off. Chalong Beach is a local stretch of sand on the bay, and Phuket Botanic Garden offers a green place for a walk.

A good day can start at Wat Chalong, move on to the Big Buddha and finish at the pier, where the boats leave for the islands. Because the island is linked by road, the beaches of the west coast can be reached by car or taxi, and the Phuket Botanic Garden offers a leafy walk between visits.
