Chalicha Resort

Chalicha Resort offers garden-view and pool-view rooms as well as villa-style accommodation, from standard double rooms to a suite with a king bed. Depending on the room, guests have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, a hair dryer, a desk and a flat-screen TV, and some rooms also have a bathtub or a refrigerator.

Nearby sights include San Chao Mae Nia Keng shrine, 550 m from the resort, and the King Rama V Monument, 1,000 m away. The Chumphon Night Market and the Chumphon train station are each 1.2 km away, and the Chumphon National Museum is 4.1 km away, a short drive rather than a walk. Free parking is available nearby, so a car or motorbike is a practical way to reach the sights further out.

A day can start at Praderm Temple and end at the evening night market, where local food and everyday goods are sold. Evenings there are the easiest way to see how the town lives after dark. Pak Nam Chumphon, the port on the coast, is where boats to the islands of the Gulf leave, including those for Ko Tao.
