Rooms at Chaikana Mansion can have air conditioning, a desk and a shower, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The Standard room measures 15 m² and sleeps up to two guests, with a choice of bed set-ups.

The Magic Eye 3D Museum, at 1.2 km, is a playful stop for the afternoon, and the Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai, 1.6 km away, fills with food stalls and shoppers in the evening. The Phra Maha Chedi Tripob Trimongkol, around 2.1 km away, is a large chedi on the city's northern side. Hat Yai International Airport is 13.5 km away, and the Hat Yai Railway Station and bus station are a short taxi ride from the hotel.

A day in Hat Yai could start with a walk through the municipal park, continue with the 3D art at the Magic Eye museum, and end at the night bazaar, where the food stalls open after dark. Travellers who want to see the chedi can make it a separate stop on the way back from the markets.
