Cha Na Stay at Merry V has rooms for solo travellers, couples and groups. A 50 m² quadruple room with a terrace sleeps up to four, a 30 m² double or twin room with a terrace sleeps two, and a 40 m² premier room with a city view sleeps up to five. A 10 m² single room, a 15 m² double room and an 18 m² twin room have a shared bathroom, and the 37 m² superior room has a city view and sleeps up to five.

Air conditioning, towels, toiletries and a refrigerator are in both the quadruple room and the double or twin room with a terrace, and free Wi-Fi covers all rooms.

Khaosan Road is 400 m away, and Phra Athit Road, a riverside lane, is 50 m away. Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, is 1.2 km away, and the Grand Palace is 1.4 km away. Across the river, Wat Arun is 2.1 km away, its tall tiered prang rising above the water. Bangkok National Museum, the country's main museum of Thai art and history, is also nearby.

A good day here combines the temples, since the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew sit side by side and Wat Arun is reached by crossing the river. Phra Arthit pier is the place to take river boats along the Chao Phraya, and in the evening, when the street-food stalls open, Khaosan Road and the lanes around Phra Athit are close by.
