Hat Yai Railway Station is 550 m away, so trains link the city with other towns in southern Thailand, and Hat Yai International Airport lies 11.7 km away, a drive by taxi or car.

A good day could begin at the Guanyin temple, a pagoda-style temple near the guesthouse, and continue to the Magic Eye 3D Museum, 1.9 km away, where you can see collections by well-known artists. In the evening, walk back through the night market at Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai, and finish the day with street food. Hat Yai Municipal Park offers a green break from the streets. Wat Hat Yai Nai, a temple in the same part of town, is a quiet place to spend an hour between the markets.
