Every room at Centara Grand at CentralWorld has a city view. The rooms include suites, such as the Royal Suite and the Executive Suite, as well as deluxe and club rooms. Bathrobes and hair dryers are among the in-room features, and several bathrooms have a bathtub grab bar.

The Club Deluxe King and the Club Deluxe Twin each measure 39 m², and the Executive Suite offers 110 m² for up to five guests. The Junior Suite Ratchaprasong View measures 54 m², and the Family Premium Ratchaprasong View has two king beds and sleeps up to four guests. The Royal Suite sleeps up to six guests, and the Club Superior Hollywood, at 32 m², sleeps up to two.

The Grand Palace is 5.1 km away, reached by taxi through the old city's wide roads, and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 23.7 km away, with Don Mueang International Airport also serving the city for flights.

A good day starts at Pathumwananurak Park, a green space close to the hotel, and continues to Wat Pathum Wanaram Ratchaworawihan, a royal temple known for its lotus pond. Jim Thompson House, the teak-built house museum of the American who revived Thai silk, is nearby and makes a quiet stop before the evening. Once the sun goes down, the malls of Siam and the Erawan Shrine, where visitors leave flower garlands, set the pace for the rest of the night.
