The beaches are the island's main draw, and the property is a short distance from several of them.

Pattaya Beach is 250 m away, and the Koh Lipe Ferry Terminal, where boats from the mainland arrive, is 700 m from the property. Walking Street, the island's pedestrian lane of shops and cafés, is 850 m away, and Karma Beach and Sunrise Beach lie a little further along the coast, so the island's main sights are all close enough to reach on foot from the property or by a short boat trip. Koh Adang, a neighbouring island reached by boat, is 5.9 km away.

A typical day could start on Pattaya Beach and continue by boat to Koh Adang for snorkelling. Back on the island, Walking Street is a short walk from the property for an evening stroll along its shops and cafés, and the Hantalay Temple pagoda lies close by for a quieter stop between the beaches and the pier.
