The rooms at Cafe@Luv22 measure from 14 m² to 50 m², and the beds are king or queen, since the hotel has no twin rooms. Rooms can have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a shower, toiletries, a hair dryer, free bottled water and a refrigerator.

Some bungalows have a garden view. The Family Room sleeps up to four guests, the Family Loft up to five and the Two Bedroom Suite up to seven, in rooms of 40 to 43 m². The Standard Double Room measures 32 m² and the Deluxe Bungalow 14 m², and both sleep two guests in a room of their own size.

Cafe@Luv22 stands on Soi Ferngfoo in Phuket Town, the provincial capital of Phuket, where Sino-Portuguese shophouses and local markets make up the everyday scene. The area is quieter than the resort strips on the west coast, and it feels closer to everyday island life than to its beach resorts. From here, the island's temples, waterfalls and beaches are all reached by road.

The Local Market Baan Borae and the Masjid Keeyamudine mosque are both nearby, so daily life in the town is close at hand. Further out, Ton Ao Yon Waterfall has a large basin, and the Dolphins Bay Phuket aquarium and the Phuket Trickeye Museum are also in the area. Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of the island's best-known Buddhist temples, is 5.1 km away, and Ao Yon Beach, 3.9 km away, is the nearest beach. Phuket International Airport is 30.6 km away, and Krabi's airport is further afield, so the hotel is best reached through Phuket's own airport.

A full day could begin at Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), then continue to Kata Beach, 9.7 km away, for a swim and a walk along the sand. In the evening, Patong Beach, 11 km away, puts you on the lively Bangla Road.
