Each room sleeps up to three guests. The Deluxe Double Room and the Grand Deluxe Twin Room include city views, and several rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Rooms can have individual air conditioning, an in-room safe box, a mini bar and a refrigerator, as well as blackout curtains and a desk.

For guests who want time in town as well as on the beaches, it is a practical base, and two bus stations are within a short walk.

Bus Station 2 Phuket Province is 350 m away, and Phuket International Airport is 23.5 km from the hotel. Phuket Old Town, 3.7 km away, is a good place to see the island's Sino-Portuguese buildings, and the Peranakan Museum is nearby. Mission Hospital Phuket and Rajaphat Phuket University are both close by, and Phuket Bus Terminal 2 is also close to the hotel. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of Phuket's most important temples and lies 9.9 km away, while Patong Beach, 10.5 km away, is known for its nightlife.

A day could start in Phuket Old Town, continue to Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, and end on Bangla Road in Patong, the street at the centre of the island's nightlife. Kata and Karon beaches are further along the coast from Patong, both reached by road from the hotel, and the Big Buddha sits on a hill with wide views over the island.
