The accommodation is made up of pool villas in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Some have views of the mountains and others look over the pool, and some villas measure 240 m² while others measure 200 m². Several villas have a bathtub, bathrobes and a hair dryer.

The grounds include an outdoor swimming pool, and some villas can have a full kitchen, a separate living room, a balcony or terrace and a private bathroom alongside a shower. The beach is the closest of the nearby beaches to the villas, and the lake is also close by. The area is quieter than the nightlife strips of Patong or Bangla Road, and its small shops and food stalls serve local people as well as visitors.

Kata Beach and Karon Beach are both a short drive away. Wat Chalong, officially Chaithararam Temple, is one of Phuket's best-known Buddhist temples and sits 7.6 km from the villas. Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on a hill 4.8 km away, gives wide views over the island, and Rawai Beach and its fish market are reached in a short drive.

Phuket International Airport is 36.3 km away, and the property offers an airport transfer, car hire and a taxi service for getting around. Free parking is available on site for those who drive. A relaxed day can start with a swim at Nai Harn Beach, continue to Big Buddha and finish at Rawai Beach.
