Budget-Friendly Room

The whole property is rented as a single apartment with one bedroom, a king bed, one bathroom, air conditioning, and room for up to two guests. Because the apartment is let as a whole, guests have the bedroom and the bathroom to themselves.

Check-in runs from 14:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 12:00, so guests can plan their arrival within those hours. The minimum age for guests is 18, and hen, stag or similar parties are not accommodated.

Khlong Luang is a district of Pathum Thani province, just north of Bangkok, and the Khlong Luang canal runs through it with green banks, traditional houses and local markets along the water. The setting is quiet and residential, with parks and open recreational areas between the homes, so the neighbourhood feels more like a provincial town than a tourist zone. Street vendors set up along the roads and sell everyday Thai dishes.

The Golden Jubilee Museum of Agriculture is 850 m away, and Navanakorn grand park is at about the same distance, so both are close enough to reach on foot. The AIT Golf Course is about 3.8 km away. For longer trips, Don Mueang International Airport is about 20 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport about 45 km. From Don Mueang, taxis and ride-hailing services are available outside the terminal, while from Suvarnabhumi the Airport Rail Link runs to Phaya Thai, where the BTS Skytrain connects to the rest of the city.

A slow morning could begin at the Golden Jubilee Museum of Agriculture, followed by a walk or bike ride through the parks and along the canal banks, where local markets and traditional houses line the water. In the evening, the street vendors along the roads are an easy way to try everyday Thai food without leaving the area.
