The property is a single unit, with the whole townhouse let at once for up to 12 guests. It has three bathrooms and 1,000 m² of floor space, spread across the house as one home.

The townhouse is on Soi Sukhumvit 19, a side lane off Sukhumvit Road in the Khlong Toei Nuea district of Bangkok. Sukhumvit is one of the city's busiest commercial roads, lined with hotels, shopping malls and tailors, and the side lanes off it are full of local shops and food stalls. Soi Sukhumvit 19 is a mix of residential buildings and small businesses, so the lane feels more local than the main road.

The Asok BTS Station and the Sukhumvit MRT Station are both within 250 m, which connects the townhouse to the Skytrain and metro network. Jim Thompson House, 3.6 km away, is a traditional Thai teak house that belonged to the American silk entrepreneur Jim Thompson and is now a museum. The Grand Palace, 7.6 km away, is the royal complex that holds the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.

A full day can start at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 6.8 km away, a huge market with thousands of stalls that trades mainly at weekends. In the afternoon, the temples along the river are a natural next stop, with Wat Arun on the opposite bank of the Chao Phraya from the Grand Palace, so the two sit on either side of the river and are usually visited as a pair.
