Briya Beachfront Residence

The apartment is offered as a whole, with 110 m² of space for up to eight guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning, a private entrance and a full kitchen come with it, and the beds can be arranged in a choice of set-ups.

Children aged 2 to 12 who need a bed must use an extra bed, which carries an additional charge. Infants up to one year stay free using existing bedding, and a baby cot can be requested from the property, subject to availability.

The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, including a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove, and dishes and dining utensils. A washer and an iron are on site, and air conditioning and ceiling or portable fans keep the rooms cool. Linens, a hair dryer, toiletries and a TV are also provided, along with a private entrance to the apartment.

Outside, the property has a balcony or terrace and a garden or backyard, and there is a doorman. Parking is free, and both Internet access and Wi-Fi are available. A BBQ grill is on site, and coffee or tea is also provided. Guests can cook, do laundry and spend time outdoors without leaving the property.

Sichon is a coastal district of Nakhon Si Thammarat province in southern Thailand, where the pace is slower than in the provincial city. The shoreline has sandy beaches and fishing villages, and the local markets supply the coast with fresh seafood and tropical fruit.

The beach is 460 m from the residence, and Hin Ngam Beach is 650 m away. Central Market is 3 km off, and the villages of Ban Plai Ton and Hat Sichon lie further along the coast. Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan, the temple in Nakhon Si Thammarat city, and Khao Luang National Park, a mountain park inland, are the main sights of the province. Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport (NST) is 50.7 km away, and a car makes the day trips easier, as free parking is available at the property.

A good day can start at the beach, continue to Central Market for local food and fresh fruit, and end with a visit to the temples in the city. A longer day can add a hike in Khao Luang National Park.
