Boy Scouts Homestay

The rooms at Boy Scouts Homestay all have air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. Each room has four single beds, so the rooms are well suited to a group of four travelling together.

The rooms include the Quadruple Room with Mountain View and the Duplex Quadruple Room, which has a city view and a seating area. Both have a mini bar, linens and a safety/security feature, and both sleep up to four guests.

English and Thai are spoken at the property, and there is a bar on site, where cocktails, beers and other drinks are served.

Haad Rin is a beach village on Ko Pha-ngan, known for its lively evenings and for the monthly Full Moon Party on Rin Beach, the best-known event in the area. Boy Scouts Homestay is in the village itself, with the bars, gyms and dance schools of the area close by, so the setting is busy and social rather than quiet. Many of the places nearby are within a short walk.

Haad Rin Beach is 100 m from the hostel, and the Full Moon Party site on Rin Beach is 200 m away. The Haad Rin Viewpoint is 600 m away, Haad Rin Nai is 800 m away, and Haad Yuan is about 2 km away along the coast.

Ko Pha-ngan has no airport of its own, so the nearest is Samui Airport on Ko Samui, reached by ferry across the water. Once on the island, a day can begin with a swim at Haad Rin Beach and a walk to the viewpoint, with the Full Moon Party in the evening on the nights of the full moon, a good way to see the village at its busiest. Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach, further along the island, is a good choice for a day out.
