The home at Boutique Thai Home 77 covers 200 m² and sleeps up to 11 guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. It has a private bathroom, air conditioning, linens and towels, and a television with satellite and cable channels.

Children aged 2 to 7 and infants up to 1 year stay free on the existing bedding, and a baby cot can be requested from the property, subject to availability.

Most of the facilities are in the home itself: a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes and cookware, a washer, a private entrance, and a balcony or terrace. Air conditioning is also available.

Families with young children will find a high chair, a travel crib, a baby bath, and children's books and toys. Baby cots can be requested directly from the property, subject to availability. Internet access is available.

A barbecue grill, coffee or tea, a desk and board games are also part of the home. Guests who prefer to eat in can cook with the kitchen basics and use the stove and refrigerator, while the barbecue grill offers another way to prepare a meal.

Boutique Thai Home 77 is on Soi Fraser And Neave in the Maha Phruttharam area of Bangkok, a short walk from the Chao Phraya River. The streets around it are dense with temples, old shophouses and small community lanes, and the river ferries are part of everyday travel here, with boats running between the piers on either bank.

The temple Wat Maha Phruettharam Worawihan is 150 m away, and the Si Phraya Pier, where river ferries stop, is 400 m away. Hua Lamphong, the main railway station, is a short walk away and has an MRT station as well. Yaowarat, Bangkok's Chinatown, is within walking distance, while the Grand Palace is 3.4 km away and Khaosan Road is 3.7 km away.

A day could start with the temples on the other side of the river, Wat Arun and the Grand Palace, and end back here in Yaowarat, where the Chinatown streets and food stalls are busy after dark. The Chatuchak Weekend Market is further out, a longer ride across town for a full day of shopping. Walking the lanes between the river and Yaowarat is a good way to see how the neighbourhood works, with its shrines, shophouses and small markets close together.
