Book Lanta House

All the rooms at Book Lanta House have air conditioning and a mountain view, and each one measures 30 m² with a private bathroom. The beds are a king bed in some rooms and a single bed with a king bed in others, with capacity for two or three guests.

Lanta Old Town, 4.7 km away, is the island's historic centre, with traditional shophouses along its streets. Getting around the wider island is easiest by scooter or car, as the beaches are spread across the island, many of them several kilometres apart.

A good day could start on Klong Nin Beach and continue to Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 9.6 km away, a marine park of islands and coral reefs. Boat trips out to the islands can be cancelled when the sea is rough, most often in the rainy season, so it helps to keep a flexible plan for the day and to check conditions on the morning of the trip. Evenings in the Klong Nin area are quiet, with village streets and small local restaurants close to the guesthouse.
