Bonny Hotel

The rooms at Bonny Hotel measure 26 m² or 45 m², and some of them have a view over the city, the nature or the garden. A 26 m² standard double has a queen bed and a city view, a 26 m² twin room has a nature view and a choice of bed set-ups, and a 26 m² standard triple room sleeps up to four guests. A 45 m² deluxe double has a garden view and a private bathroom.

Bonny Hotel is a short walk from the beach, and its garden gives a quieter place to sit between outings.

Around the hotel, the Lamai Night Market is a short walk away, and Wat Lamai, a temple about 1 km off, is one of the nearby sights. The Hin Ta and Hin Yai rocks, known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, lie further along the shore, and Big Buddha, one of the island's best-known temples, is 11.8 km away. The coast here has a slower feel than the busier nightlife areas, with a mix of guesthouses, hotels and local eateries.

A good day starts on the sand at Lamai, continues with a visit to Wat Lamai or the rocks, and ends at the night market. A walk along the beach in the late afternoon is a quiet way to close the day. Tours can be arranged, and Samui Airport, 9.4 km away, is on the island itself, so no boat is needed for that route.
