B&N House

Rooms at B&N House are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms. Depending on the room, guests sleep in single beds, a queen bed or a king bed, and some rooms have a city view while others have a mountain view.

Rooms accommodate up to three guests, and extra beds depend on the room chosen. Between visits to the beach, guests can relax in the garden or in the shared lounge with its TV area.

Guests can eat on site, with restaurants, a coffee shop, BBQ facilities and alternative meal arrangements. Outside the rooms, the garden, a terrace and a shared lounge with a TV area are open to guests, and massage and a shuttle service are also offered. Free parking is available for guests who drive.

For practical needs, the homestay has laundry and ironing services, luggage storage, safety deposit boxes, express check-in and check-out, and private check-in and check-out. Luggage can be stored, and safety deposit boxes are available for valuables. Free WiFi is available in all rooms, WiFi is also available in public areas, and a family room is available as well.

B&N House is in Thalang district, the part of Phuket where the international airport is and where the long sandy beaches of Maikhao and Nai Yang run along the coast. The area is far from the nightlife of Patong, and days here tend to revolve around the beach rather than the town. Within a few kilometres the surroundings combine beaches, a national park, viewpoints and a night market, so a stay here is built around beach days and quiet evenings.

Sirinat National Park is about 600 m away and protects Maikhao Beach, where sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. Maikhao also has an airplane viewpoint, where planes come in low over the sand, and the Ni Yang Night Market is close by. Splash Jungle Water Park is 3.1 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 2.4 km from the homestay, so the trip to the terminal is short. The beach itself is about 630 m away.

A good day could start with a swim at Maikhao Beach and a visit to Sirinat National Park, then continue to the airplane viewpoint and the sunset viewpoint nearby. For a longer excursion, Patong, the Big Buddha and the temple of Wat Chalong are further afield.
