Ko Yao Yai is an island in Phang Nga Bay, reached by boat rather than by road, so the hotel sits in a quieter setting than the busy beaches of nearby Phuket. Phuket International Airport is about 32.5 km away, and the last leg to the island is by boat. The closest stretch of sand is Loh Pared Beach, 200 m from the hotel, and the area has small villages and a few other beaches within a few kilometres.
Laem Nok Beach lies 4.8 km away and Lo Jak Beach 5.2 km away, and At Lamiya Mosque is close by. The villages of Ban Ta Reua and Ao Tha Kae are a short distance away as well.
