The 20 m² rooms at Best House sleep up to two guests, each with a double bed and two single beds. Both have a fan, a mosquito net and a balcony or terrace. One is on the ground floor with a partial ocean view, and the other is on the upper floor with a garden view.

Extra beds depend on the room you choose and come at an additional charge. Children aged 0 to 2 can stay free if they use the existing bedding, and a room for up to three guests is also available.

Best House offers an airport transfer, a taxi service and ticket services, and tours and car hire can be arranged at the property. Daily housekeeping and a laundry service are offered, and there are lockers and safety deposit boxes.

Its nearest beach is Long Beach, a long sandy stretch lined with guesthouses and restaurants, and the area feels relaxed rather than like a resort town. Small restaurants, shops and dive centres are within a few hundred metres of the property. The property has its own garden, and free parking is available on site.

Long Beach is about 350 m from the guesthouse, and Klong Dao Beach, another beach nearby, is 950 m away. The Khlong Dao Muay Thai Stadium is 750 m away, a venue for Muay Thai, the Thai boxing practised across the country. The Pra Ae Public Health Park, a public park in the area, is 1.5 km away. Further afield, Mu Ko Lanta National Park covers islands and coastline around Koh Lanta.

Koh Lanta is reached by boat from the mainland. The nearest airport is Krabi International Airport, 53.8 km away, and the Sala Dan Pier is the island's ferry terminal. Rough seas can disrupt boat crossings in the rainy months. For a day away from the beaches, Mu Ko Lanta National Park is the obvious choice.
