Had Yao Beach is 1 km away, the closest stretch of sand, and Krabi International Airport lies 10.9 km away. Railay, reached mainly by boat, is 12 km away, a peninsula of limestone cliffs with Phra Nang Cave, and Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), 13.3 km away, is a hillside temple complex with a large Buddha statue. Closer to town, Krabi Walking Street and the Krabi Weekend Night Market offer food stalls and local shopping in the evening.

A typical day could start with a swim in the private pool, followed by a boat trip to Railay for the cliffs and the cave, and then an evening back in Krabi town at the walking street, where the food stalls stay open late.
