Every room at Ben House Hatyai has air conditioning. The accommodation is spacious: an 81 m² Villa for up to 14 guests and a 120 m² room for up to 12, each with a choice of bed set-ups.

The rooms are in a house on Ratyindee Road, close to Hat Yai Railway Station, so guests arriving by train have the station right next door. The Villa can take up to 14 guests, so a larger group can stay under one roof.

Ben House Hatyai is on Ratyindee Road in Hat Yai, one of the largest cities in southern Thailand and a busy commercial hub close to the Malaysian border. The streets around the house are lively with markets, shops and street-food stalls, and the neighbourhood is easy to explore on foot. Several of the main sights lie within a few kilometres of the house, so a first visit to the city can be planned around the walk from the station.

Hat Yai Railway Station is the nearest landmark, 50 m from the house, and Wat Hat Yai Nai, a temple in the city, is 1.4 km away. Kim Yong Market is 500 m away, and a second market, Santisuk Market, is also close by for everyday shopping. The Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai and the Magic Eye 3D Museum, with its painted 3D artworks, are further on, and Hat Yai International Airport is 11.1 km away.

A good day could start at Kim Yong Market, continue with a visit to the Magic Eye 3D Museum and finish at the Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai. Hat Yai Municipal Park offers a green break between sights, and those who prefer a quieter afternoon can head there before returning to the house. Between visits, the air-conditioned rooms give a cool place to rest.
