Linens and complimentary bottled water are provided in the apartment, and the private bathroom is fitted with a shower, toiletries and towels for the one guest or two guests the apartment holds.

The property offers air conditioning, linens, toiletries, towels, a washer, a flat-screen TV and a fan. On-site parking is also available for guests who travel by car.

English and Thai are spoken at Ben House, and the property is in the Ramkhamhaeng area of Bangkok, close to the university campus.

Ben House is on Soi Ramkhamhaeng 24 in the Ramkhamhaeng area of Bangkok. The neighbourhood is more residential than the central districts, and the university campus is one of its main landmarks, so the streets around the property have a different pace from the tourist core of the city.

Ramkhamhaeng University is 500 m from the property, and the Airport Rail Link station at Ramkhamhaeng is 2 km away, with a rail connection to Suvarnabhumi Airport and into the city centre. The metro is also nearby, with Mahat Thai MRT Station a short distance away. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest markets in Bangkok, is 8.7 km away and opens only on weekends, so it is worth planning a visit around the weekend.

A day could start at the Chatuchak Weekend Market and end in the old city, where the Grand Palace is 13.3 km from Ben House. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun stand on opposite sides of the river, so both temples can be visited on the same day, and the old city is easy to explore on foot once you arrive. A second day can cover the riverside, and the rail link offers a straightforward way back to the property.
