A good day can start on Patong Beach, continue with a visit to Wat Chalong and end on Karon Beach, 2.5 km away, which offers a quieter stretch of sand. Patong's evening life is concentrated around Bangla Road, so guests who want quieter nights can head to Karon Beach, which has a calmer stretch of sand.
