Rooms at Believeinn include king rooms, twin rooms and suites, with a king bed, a queen bed, single beds or a combination of these. A family room sleeps up to four guests, and several rooms have a private bathroom.

Siam Paragon, a large shopping mall with an aquarium, is 950 m away, and Jim Thompson House, a museum of traditional Thai houses, is 1.3 km away. Wat Pathum Wanaram Ratchaworawihan, a temple, is also close by. Longer trips, such as to the Grand Palace or Chatuchak Weekend Market, can be made by taxi or on the BTS. The Airport Rail Link at Ratchaprarop station runs to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The Phaya Thai Train Station is also nearby, where the Airport Rail Link connects to the BTS.

A good day could start at the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and the Grand Palace, which share a walled complex, and continue across the river to Wat Arun. In the afternoon, Pratunam Market is 100 m from the hotel, and the aquarium at Siam Paragon makes an easy stop. The area around the hotel has plenty of places to eat, from street stalls to malls. On weekends, Chatuchak Weekend Market, 5.1 km away, is worth the trip.
