Free parking is available, and Internet access is available as well. A crib or baby cot can be requested directly from the property, subject to availability, and there is a high chair. Outside, the villa has a balcony or terrace and a garden or backyard, and both are part of the house.

Rawai is a fishing village in the south of Phuket, away from the busy resort strips of Patong, with small beaches and a slower pace. Its streets are lined with small local shops and food stalls, and the village keeps much of its fishing character. A private villa here gives guests a pool and a full kitchen of their own, well away from the bustle of the resort strips.

Chalong Beach is 1 km from the villa, and the Chalong Pier, the departure point for boats to the islands nearby, is 2.2 km away. Wat Chalong, one of the island's most revered temples, is 4.1 km away, and the Big Buddha statue on its hilltop is within a few kilometres. Phuket International Airport is 33.6 km away, so the road from the airport is the usual way in.

A good day starts at Wat Chalong, continues at the Big Buddha on its hill and ends with a swim at Chalong Beach or a boat trip from the pier. The Night Market is close by, with street food and local stalls in the evening, and Kata and Karon beaches are the next stops along the coast for a longer day out.
