Accommodation in the house includes a 200 m² space for up to twelve guests, with a garden view, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a choice of bed set-ups. Rooms can also have air conditioning, a fan, a desk, a closet, a kitchenette or a full kitchen, a washing machine and a balcony or terrace.

A second accommodation sleeps up to three guests, and the specific room is confirmed when you arrive.

The area is a mix of residential streets, apartment blocks and local services, with a hospital, a convenience store and an ATM all within a few hundred metres. Sukhumvit has long been one of the city's main residential and business corridors, so everyday life is close at hand.

The Skytrain is the most practical way to move around from here. Phra Khanong BTS Station is 400 m away and Ekkamai BTS Station is 550 m, both on the Sukhumvit line, which runs to Siam. Siam Paragon, in central Bangkok, is 6.7 km away, Chatuchak Weekend Market is 10.2 km, and the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, on the Chao Phraya riverbank, are 11.1 km.

A full day could take in the Grand Palace, which includes the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and Wat Arun on the Chao Phraya riverbank, a natural next stop after the palace. A weekend visit to Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest markets in the city, makes a good contrast with the temples. Phra Khanong Market, close by, is a local market for everyday needs.
