BareFoot Project

Every room at BareFoot Project has its own private entrance. The 72 m² Family Suite has two double beds and sleeps up to four guests. The 52 m² villa with a garden view sleeps up to three.

The Superior Bungalow has a garden view and a queen bed for up to two guests, and the Superior Queen Room measures 32 m² with a king bed. A Deluxe Room has a beach view and a queen bed, and a 32 m² Double Room with Terrace has a garden view. Beds are king, queen and double, and several rooms have garden views, with one nature view.

The property's facilities include a private beach, a bar, a restaurant, a coffee shop and a snack bar, with room service and daily housekeeping. Parking is free on site, parking nearby is also available, and free WiFi is available in all rooms, with internet services, a portable WiFi rental and WiFi in public areas.

Water activities include canoeing, snorkelling, diving, boating and surfing lessons, and there is a game room, a playground and a kids club. Other services include a taxi service, luggage storage, laundry service and express check-in and check-out, and there is a family room. Pets are allowed, an airport transfer is also offered, and there is a terrace.

BareFoot Project sits on Koh Phayam, a small island in Ranong province on Thailand's Andaman coast. The island has no bridge to the mainland, so the last part of the journey is by boat, and life here is low-key, with beaches, a few villages along the bays and small eateries and shops near the sand.

The closest beach is Ao Khao Kwai Beach, 600 m away. Hin Talu, a coastal viewpoint, is 750 m away. Further on, Ao Pai Beach sits on the bay of the same name, 1.9 km away, and the Bot Klang Thale pagoda is 1.8 km away. Koh Phayam Pier, the island's ferry terminal, is 2.2 km away.

A good day here starts with a swim at Ao Khao Kwai Beach and continues to the Hin Talu viewpoint, then an afternoon of canoeing or snorkelling along the coast. Boats come in at Koh Phayam Pier, and the evenings can be spent at the bar and games room on site. The island is small enough that the beaches, the viewpoint and the pier sit close to one another along the same stretch of coast, and the surrounding bays can be reached by boat from the pier, which is a short trip for a day out.
