Bao Fu's House

The whole property is let as one villa, a single house with one bedroom and one bathroom. The villa has a king bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a mini bar, and it sleeps up to two guests.

Its bedroom has a garden view, and a balcony or terrace opens from the villa, so guests can sit outside among the greenery. The bathroom is private, and the garden is the main outdoor space, with winding pathways and seating.

The villa offers free parking, and pets are allowed for an additional charge per day for each pet. Air conditioning and a flat-screen TV are in the villa, and Wi-Fi also covers the public areas of the property.

Bao Fu's House is in Muang Chumphon, the district that covers the provincial town of Chumphon on Thailand's southern peninsula. It is a town setting rather than a resort one: the railway station, the bus station and several of the town's monuments and temples are all within a few kilometres of the villa. The garden makes a calm place to start the day before you head out.

The Soldier Youth World War 2 Monument is 1.3 km away and the Khu kut temple is 1.7 km away. The Rungkittour Bus Station is 2.1 km away, while the Chumphon Night Market is 3.3 km away and the Chumphon train station is 3.7 km away. A car is the easiest way between the sights, and the villa offers free parking, so a day of sightseeing can be planned as one loop. The monument and the temple are both within two kilometres of the villa, so they make a short morning outing.

Chumphon is also a stopover for travellers moving between Bangkok and the south, since the railway and the bus connections run through the town. A good plan is to visit the temple and the monument in the morning, then return to the villa and drive to the night market in the evening.
