Bangkok Shortstay offers apartments with two or three bedrooms, and some of them sleep up to nine guests. Several measure 220 or 250 m², some look out over the city, and one apartment has a garden view. Several apartments offer a choice of bed set-ups.

Rooms can have a separate living room, a full kitchen, a washing machine, a sofa and a microwave, as well as a private bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer. A continental breakfast is complimentary and served in the room.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a spa and sauna, and a steamroom. There is also a table tennis table, a game room, a garden and a terrace, and the property is wheelchair accessible.

Sukhumvit 39 is a side street off Sukhumvit Road in the Phrom Phong area of central Bangkok, where residential buildings sit alongside shops and offices. Phrom Phong BTS station is 750 m away, and the Sukhumvit MRT station is 1 km away, so the Skytrain and subway lines are close at hand for getting around central Bangkok and the rest of the city.

Benchasiri Park is 800 m away, a green space for a morning walk, and the Siam Society and the Kamthieng House Museum, a traditional teak house, are about 1 km away. Soi Cowboy, the nightlife street on Sukhumvit 23, is nearby, and the Siam Paragon shopping centre is 4 km away on Rama I Road. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun, on the Chao Phraya river, are further away in the old city, and you reach them by taxi or river boat.

A good day could start with a walk in Benchasiri Park, followed by a visit to the Jim Thompson House, a museum of traditional Thai houses. In the afternoon, the Chatuchak Weekend Market, open on weekends in the north of the city, is a different kind of outing from the quieter streets around the apartment.
