Bangkok City Suite

Bangkok City Suite offers double and twin rooms, a family room and a family suite, several of them with a city view. Rooms can have a desk, a seating area, an in-room safe box, a closet and a coffee/tea maker, and private bathrooms can include a bathtub or a shower. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms of the hotel.

Groups can book the Family Room, which sleeps up to six guests, or the Family Suite, which sleeps up to four. Rooms are accessible by elevator, the hotel has facilities for disabled guests, and children are welcome at the hotel.

The sights of the old city and the riverside are the main draw from here. Jim Thompson House, a teak house museum that displays Thai silk and art, is 1.1 km away, and Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 1.8 km away. The Grand Palace is 3.4 km away, with the Temple of the Emerald Buddha inside its walls, and Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, stands on the opposite bank of the Chao Phraya river.

The airports are further out, with Don Mueang International Airport 19.5 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport 25.8 km away, and an airport transfer can be arranged at an additional charge. A good day could start at the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, continue to the Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest weekend markets in the city, and end at Asiatique The Riverfront by the river in the evening.
