A good day could start with a skytrain ride to Siam for Siam Paragon, then continue to the old city for the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and the Grand Palace area. The Chatuchak Weekend Market is best saved for a separate day. Back in the neighbourhood, the garden and the terrace are good places to finish the day.
