Baifern Homestay

The rooms at Baifern Homestay measure from 17 to 30 m² and sleep from one to three guests. The beds include a king bed, two single beds, a double bed and queen beds, and some rooms overlook the street, one has a nature view and one has a balcony or terrace.

The brick and laterite ruins are spread across a large area, so the sites suit a slow pace of exploration.

The Ayutthaya Train Station is 3.2 km from the property, and Don Mueang International Airport is 48 km away. Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, the former royal temple with its three large chedis, is 1.4 km away, and Wat Mahathat, known for a Buddha head held among tree roots, is 1.9 km away. Getting between the ruins usually means a bicycle or a tuk-tuk, since the sites are spread across the park.

A good day here could begin at Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, move on to Wat Mahathat, and end at the Chao Sam Phraya National Museum, which holds artefacts from the Ayutthaya period. Bringing a bicycle or booking a tuk-tuk for the day makes it easy to cover the park's main sites, and the museum is a good place to stop between the ruins.
