The house covers 200 m² across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps up to six guests. It has a private entrance, a full kitchen, air conditioning and a television, along with a desk and a closet.

Toiletries, a hair dryer and complimentary tea are provided, and ironing facilities are available. The beds come in a choice of set-ups, so guests can pick the arrangement that fits their group. The house is rented as a whole, so guests have all of its rooms to themselves.

The house has a full kitchen with a microwave, a refrigerator, cookware, oils and condiments, coffee or tea, and dishes and dining utensils. A washer, an iron and a desk/workspace are also available in the house, and the house has children's books and toys.

Internet access is available for guests, and the house has a balcony or terrace, ceiling or portable fans, a TV and air conditioning.Toiletries, a hair dryer and complimentary tea are provided in the house as well.

BaanArun 2 is on Soi Itsaraphap in the Bangkok Riverside area, where old temples, narrow lanes and river life sit close together. The Chao Phraya River and its ferry piers are close by, and several of the temples here sit near one another. The house itself is set back on a side street rather than on the main tourist streets.

Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, is 450 m away, and its tall spires are a landmark of the river. Wat Phra Chetuphon, better known as Wat Pho and home to a giant reclining Buddha, is a short distance further on, while the Grand Palace, 900 m away, holds the Temple of the Emerald Buddha within its walls. Khaosan Road, the best-known backpacker street in Bangkok, is 2 km away and makes a lively stop in the evening. Itsaraphap MRT Station is 750 m from the house, for a metro ride to other parts of the city.

A full day could begin at Wat Arun in the morning, continue through the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, which sit a short distance from each other, and end with a river cruise from Wat Arun Pier, 500 m away, to see the city from the water.
